ON A GOOD DAY THEY BUILD AND BAKE ROUGHLY 2500 FRESH PIES BEFORE MIDDAY OFTEN READY TO DISPATCH IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE RUN UP TO CHRISTMAS WERE KNOCKING OUT 10,000 PIES A WEEK FROM OUR 900 SQFT ARCH IN LONDON FIELDS. NO MEAN FEAT.
THEY BAKE WITH REAL CARE AND SKILL TO ENSURE THAT EACH PIE IS UP TO SCRATCH BEFORE IT LEAVES US AND DESERVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF CREDIT FOR WHAT THEY DO EVERYDAY FROM OUR SHOE BOX OF A UNIT.
